The crayfish-party together with midsummer, is probably the Swedish of traditions. We are, as everyone knows, weak for traditions. You are more than welcome to celebrate a crayfish-party with us. Start with creamy chanterelles on butter-fried toast and then cut in half a kilo of the finest Swedish signal crayfish, of course in the company of classic accessories such as cheddar cheese pie, spice cheese and butter-fried toast. Round off with a fresh dessert with sorbet, melon and currant in the main roles. We decorate traditionally and also assist with hats, booklets with snaps “shots” – songs and more.
