2020-11-12 — 2021-12-31

The Vasa Museum has a lot to offer in addition to activities at the museum itself, for both adults and children. On the museum’s website vasamuseet.se there are films, digital guides, collections and articles that tell about the ship Vasa, her time and extraordinary history.

THE SHIP VASA’S HISTORY
Vasa is a real treasure from the 17th century that offers us a rich history, from the work at the ship yard to life on board a warship. Read about the king who commissioned Vasa, about the ship’s sinking, the search for her, the salvage and much more.

FILMS
Dive into our film archive and explore the world of Vasa! Films are also available on our YouTube.

FOR CHILDREN: Colour the sculptures! Hundreds of brightly painted sculptures once adorned Vasa. Print the drawings/sketches and colour them just they way you want to.
