If you live on or near Djurg\u00e5rden then perhaps now is the time to visit a part of the island you’ve never been to before. Or if you’re just visiting Stockholm, you’ll soon see that there are many enjoyable ways of getting around this big, green and beautiful island!<\/p>\n

Here are 5 ways to explore Djurg\u00e4rden during the summer and autumn!<\/p>\n

1. Royal Djurg\u00e5rden Tour<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Climb aboard Europe’s biggest (and coolest) sightseeing train!<\/p>\n

2. By kayak, canoe or pedal boat<\/strong><\/p>\n

To the right of Djurg\u00e5rden bridge you’ll find Sj\u00f6caf\u00e9et<\/a>, where you can rent a kayak or canoe and discover Djurg\u00e5rden from the water. They also have pedal boats, which are perfect for the whole family!<\/p>\n

3. Ocean Bus<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Is it a bus? Or is it a boat? Well, it’s actually both!<\/p>\n

This unique tour takes you along the Djurg\u00e5rden canal and shore, both on land and in the water – but on the same amphibious bus!<\/p>\n

The starting point for the tour is at Str\u00f6mgatan (between the Royal Swedish Opera and Grand Hotel).<\/p>\n

4. By bike\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the best ways to discover Djurg\u00e5rden is by bike, and you can hire one at Djurg\u00e5rdsboden<\/a> or Sj\u00f6caf\u00e9et.<\/p>\n

You can pick up free cycle maps and maps of Djurg\u00e5rden from Royal Djurg\u00e5rden Visitor Center, which is to the right of Djurg\u00e5rden bridge as you arrive.<\/p>\n

5. Str\u00f6mma Sightseeing Boat Tour<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
