Vårruset – Sweden’s largest exercise tour for girls!

Since its inception in 1989, over 3 million girls have chosen to participate in Vårruset. There’s room for everyone, regardless of training background or level of ambition – this is a race characterised by the joy of movement and community! You can run, walk, roll, walk, run around 2.5 or 5 km. Welcome to participate according to your own ability!

This year’s tour goes from Luleå to Malmö and makes a total of 19 stops in our oblong country. One of them is at Norra Djurgården in Stockholm, on 21 May, with start and finish at Stora Skuggan. All registered teams of five people are invited to a picnic at the finish line. There is also a medal waiting for everyone who makes it round the course – because you deserve it!
