1 & 2 February: Herbarium H2O at Rosendals Trädgård

Join us on a culinary journey in Rosendals Trädgård’s greenhouse dining room, where Paul Svensson, Jonas Bolling and Olle Broström with their team of chefs present a winter version of Rosendals Herbarium. The evening starts at 6 pm and offers a unique dining experience with a focus on water and its resources.

Here we explore our relationship with the sea and lake, while the seafood of the future and sustainable raw materials from aquaculture meet the flavours of Rosendal’s winter pantry. The menu consists of nine creative dishes, designed to inspire and surprise.
