Pep Dagen

In September every year, children and young people are welcomed to Hagaparken and Pep Dagen, a free activity day with the aim of giving children and young people the opportunity to find their joy in movement and gain knowledge about healthy eating habits in a fun way. About 50 organizations are on site, offering various try-on activities. In parallel with Pep Day, Prins Daniel’s race is also arranged, a free children’s race where all children, including children with disabilities, are welcome.
