Starter: Surströmming on thin bread, almond potatoes, sour cream, chives and red onions Milk to serve
Main course: Creamed funnel chanterelles on levain bread, raw lingonberries and crumbled Västerbotten cheese
Dessert: Almond cake with raw cloudberries and vanilla ice cream
