Tjejmilen – We do it together

Running the Tjejmilen is an amazing experience. A race full of sisterhood and community. But it’s also a race of thousands of unique individuals doing it their way. Some run the Tjejmilen as a fun thing, others do it to prove to themselves that they can, while some do it to stay motivated.

This is a race for everyone. Go for it if you’re aiming for a specific time – or just take your time and get round the course. There are 12 different starting groups, you choose your group according to your expected time.

No matter where you come from or what path you’ve chosen to take in life, there’s a place for you. Here we are all part of something bigger. Tjejmilen is a race where women come together in running.
