Vårruset 2024

Every year, Royal Djurgården welcome many events and activities, big or small – everything from sport or music events to temporary exhibitions and fairs. These external events are provided by the Royal Djurgården Administration, as part of its commitment to attract even more visitors to Djurgården. Several of these events are recurring.

On May 22nd, it’s time for this year’s edition of Vårruset (The Spring Rush). Run, jog, or walk alone or with friends, colleagues, family, or neighbors. A pleasant evening filled with a great atmosphere, community, and lots of joy is guaranteed.

Vårruset is not just an event focused on movement and happiness; it’s also a way to raise awareness about mental health issues among girls. With the slogan “run for all girls,” 500,000 SEK will be donated to the activities of Tjejezonen.
