A Living Room for Culture and Nature

The National City Park is an oasis in the heart of the capital, where nature and culture thrive in harmony. Covering 27 km², the park features forests, open landscapes, and historical sites. Here, you can stroll along the waterfront, visit museums, enjoy cafés and restaurants, or simply take in the tranquility of the lush surroundings – all year round.

The world’s first and Sweden’s only national city park was established in 1995. National City Park is Stockholm’s most visited recreational area, an oasis where nature, culture and entertainment live in harmony.

We continue to Protect, Care for and Show the park and you are warmly welcome to join us!
